This letter is formal notice that the undersigned, Acme Builders LLC, furnished Cabinetry installation and finish carpentry labor, plus supplied trim and hardware. to the above property and has not been paid the amount of $9,800.00 now due, for work last furnished on May 30, 2026.

Unless payment in full is received within 10 days of this notice, the undersigned intends to file a mechanic's lien against the property to secure payment, as permitted by Colorado law. Please treat this matter as urgent.
